It's the year 1999 and the local hospital is filled with dark humor hijinx. A drug addict nurse teams up with her equally addled cousin to try and score a kidney for a team of black market organ harvesters who need it by the end of her shift, or else! What will happen when they go all-out in their quest for the ultimate score for the ultimate high? It could be anybody's guess!
