After an unexpected passing, Hollis is shocked and in need of support around her. She organizes a weekend trip to Nantucket with four different friends from different eras in her life. As they grapple with getting to know each other for the first time, Hollis tries to understand her own expectations of the weekend and comes face to face with a question about what she really wants in the midst of her grief.
