A small town in Florida is struck and flooded by a hurricane. While most of the population evacuates ahead of the storm, Haley won't leave until she finds her elderly father. She eventually locates him hiding in the crawl space of their house, injured. But if the hurricane isn't dangerous enough, the flooding has brought alligators out of the swamp and into town -- and they're hungry for human prey.
