Riots have broken out after Black Friday in the town of Plymouth Massachusetts. From the shadow of the tragedy emerges a villainous serial killer known to the people as John Carver. This axe-wielding executioner has a twisted and specific style; he wants to make a carving board from the innocent inhabitants of the town and kill them all.
