Park Hae-gang has left his life of criminality behind and is no longer the feared gangster he once was. Now he is running for the position of President of the Resident’s Council in an apartment building. Through his new role, he begins to discover a stash of hidden money that he can use to save his beloved Yong-man, a mentor and father figure who has fallen on hard times.
