After a tumultuous year, the four roommates at Essex College have never been so far apart. The complicated love triangle between Kimberly, Canaan, and Whitney needs to be resolved. After Whitney stumbled on her roommate and ex kissing on campus, she decided to move in with new friends from her sorority, the Kappa sisters. Meanwhile, Leighton and Alicia are back together to see if they can learn from their previous mistakes and make their relationship work this time around. After hearing that a sorority donor was known for making offensive statements about queer folk, Leighton refused to move into Kappa house, leaving her housing plans wide open. Lastly, Bela is set for a reckoning. After being canceled online for her cruel discouragement of a fellow comedian, Bela is trying to understand why she keeps lashing out. Bela’s choice to transfer schools has left her relationship with her roommates up in the air.
