Inspired by a true story set in Hong Kong, Fok Chi-ho used to be in the police force but has since moved to the Department of Justice. When the case of a young man named Ma Ka-kit, accused of drug smuggling, lands on his desk, Fok launches his investigation, convinced of Ma’s innocence. A battle against corruption ensues.
