An insurance lawyer named Frank agrees to go to a party with his co-worker, Jeff, to celebrate a promotion. While at the party, Frank meets a girl, but he can't seem to settle in and enjoy himself until he's offered the chance by a stranger to snort a drug that will alter his perception of reality. He's told by the stranger that he'll know it's working when it hits him like a wave. The problem is that the trip never seems to end. After the party, Frank's wallet is missing along with the girl. He can't tell if he's merely hallucinating a fantasy life or experiencing other dimensions and realities. Frank has no choice but to search for the truth by pushing through each reality shift.
