Kyle Turner works as a National Parks Service agent and is brought in to help the investigation of a murder at Yosemite. He uses every scrap of knowledge he has to navigate the vast and unruly terrain and help in the search of the killer. But he quickly comes to the conclusion that the person responsible must know the park equally well, leading to a deeper mystery than he first imagined.
