On the run after being named as a key suspect in a murder case, Eddie and Venom return after their battle with Carnage only to be faced with the threat of a Xenophage seeking to free Knull, the creator of the symbiotes, from his prison. To avoid the destruction that will follow Knull’s freedom, either Eddie or Venom must sacrifice themselves to save the universe.
